Pricing for Individual Coaching

Congratulations on taking the first step towards living a life you love!

I offer a 12-session, individual, private coaching program designed to take place over 3-6 months (you choose the pace).

In our sessions, we will focus on the areas that are most present for you – whether you want to strengthen your leadership, improve relationships, or tackle your perfectionism. I will ask guiding questions to help you identify your blindspots, notice patterns of behavior, and recognize your limiting beliefs. I will also point you towards resources to further explore areas of personal growth and development.

What’s included?

• 12-sessions of individual, private coaching via phone or zoom (each session is 1-hour); these can be scheduled weekly or twice per month
• Individual reflection and assessment activities and lessons between each session
• Resources, tools, and referrals to help guide your continuous learning and growth
